由于之前一直都是手动的执行命令去提交任务和启动停止任务,但是由于计算任务的逐个增加，每次都要敲一大串的命令或者去执行单个任务脚本是一件很痛苦的事情…… 为了方便对jstorm任务日常管理操作，将同一业务下的多个任务进行整理写入一个脚本来进行统一操作
